We really wanted a venue that was rustic, romantic and casual but still beautiful and I think we got just that. Believe it or not, that's a hard combination to come by! The problem we ran into while looking at other venues was they were either too fancy (zpao put it best: "I don't want to have to think about what fork to use on my wedding day") or too rustic (think working farms with goats, cows, chickens and all the stinky smells that go along with them). This is the perfect combination and it's in a gorgeous off the beaten path location in the Santa Cruz mountains. Zpao and I really couldn't be happier :)
